Product quality is solid across all pieces. Delivery was 3 days late. Product itself deserves more stars — delivery experience brings it down. Design is beautiful, ceramics well-made.

Overall set beautiful hai. Ek cup mein manufacturing mark tha — barely visible. Baaki sab perfect. Quality overall is good. Design is stunning. Recommend for gifting.

Set is functional and looks decent. Design is good. Ceramic quality average-good. As an everyday tea set it works. For premium gifting might want to set expectations accordingly.

2 cups cracked aur kettle chipped — packaging was not sufficient for the fragile set. For a ceramic tea set this price, better packaging is expected. Very disappointing gifting experience.

Quality okay hai. Design pretty hai. Ceramic could be heavier/more premium feeling. For the price point expected more weight to the pieces. Gets the job done as a functional set.

Kettle ki base pe ek hairline crack tha on delivery. Cups were all fine. For a ₹1100+ set, all pieces should be perfect. Quality control issue. Customer care contacted.

Set design is gorgeous. Kettle ka handle thoda loose feel kiya initially — tighten karna pada. Cups sab perfect. Overall good quality with minor issue. Gifting-wise still great.

Festive gifting ke liye kuch premium chahiye tha — yeh set exactly that. Quality is excellent, packaging is gift-worthy. Recipient was very impressed. Worth the price for special occasions.
